Maia is self soothing!!!!!!!! This is the best thing ever. She was wide awake in her swing last night and fell asleep ALL ON HER OWN. Even after two feedings and one burping, she went back to sleep. This morning after changing her diaper/clothes and having a short conversation, I put her in her chair so she could look out the window because she was in a good mood. I started to clean up my work space and when I looked over, she had fallen asleep again! ON HER OWN! You guys. I can DO things again.
Update: this did not last past that morning. 😣
